8. Governing Law

This website is controlled and operated by TechsPassion LLC from its offices within the United States. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State in which TechsPassion LLC is registered, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in that State in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the website.

9. Severability

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

MintedMath does not collect, store, or sell any personal data entered into our calculators. All calculations run in your browser, and the numbers you enter are never sent to us.

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. Our font and charting library are hosted on our own server, so loading them doesn't share your information with third parties. We may use Google Analytics (GA4) in the future to analyze aggregate traffic; it is not currently active on this site, and this policy will be updated if that changes.

Selling and sharing: we don't sell personal information for money. Hosting and security: our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from bots and abuse, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

If you email us: we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

Your rights: depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of targeted advertising.
